How can we help?

Sending money
Choose a destination country, enter the amount, and confirm the rate before you send. Most transfers arrive in under five minutes.
The recipient does not need a GlobeWire account. Money can go to a bank account, mobile wallet, or cash pickup location depending on the country.
Receiving money
Share your payment link from the Receive section of your account. Anyone with the link can pay you in their currency — you receive funds in yours.
Incoming transfers are free. There is no fee to receive money.
Exchange rates and fees
We show the exchange rate and fee before you confirm a transfer. The rate is the mid-market rate with a small transparent fee on top — typically 0.5% plus a flat charge depending on the corridor.
Rates refresh every 60 seconds. The rate you see at confirmation is the rate you get.
Account verification
We ask for ID once when you open your account. This is required by law in most countries we operate in. Verification usually takes a few minutes.
If verification fails, check that your document is valid, clearly legible, and matches the name on your account.
Something went wrong
If a transfer is delayed beyond the estimated time, check your transfer history for status updates. Delays can happen when a receiving bank is closed or additional checks are required.
Contact us at support@globewire.me with your transfer reference number. We respond within one business day.
