We handle other people's savings, rent money, and invoices. Security isn't a feature we list — it's the baseline everything else is built on.

Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Authentication
Two-factor authentication is available on every account and required for high-value transfers. We support authenticator apps and SMS verification.
Unusual login attempts trigger an alert and may require additional verification before access is granted.
Fraud monitoring
Transfers are screened in real time against known fraud patterns. Suspicious activity can pause a transfer for manual review — we'd rather delay a payment by an hour than let stolen funds through.
Regulation and custody
GlobeWire is licensed as a payment institution in the jurisdictions where we operate. Customer funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from company operating funds.
Report a concern
If you notice unauthorized activity on your account, lock it immediately from Settings and contact security@globewire.me. We treat security reports as urgent.
